SaferSpace includes super admin access, giving designated users full oversight and control across the platform. The number of super admins depends on your plan: the Standard plan includes 2, Pro includes 5, and the Enterprise plan offers unlimited super admin accounts.

Super admins maintain full oversight, while access levels ensure users only see the reports allocated to them. Staff are alerted when a report is received, assigned, or updated, while reportees are notified when the status of their report changes. An email is also sent when a case is closed, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout.
SaferSpace offers Enterprise customers a fully customisable reporting dashboard, tailored to align with your organisation’s specific reporting requirements—giving you the insights that matter most, in the format you need.
As part of the Enterprise plan, SaferSpace offers a dedicated leadership dashboard for governors, trustees, and senior leaders—providing real-time visibility of incidents and trends without compromising individual confidentiality. This feature can also be added to our Standard and Pro plans for an additional £3,500 per year.
As part of the SaferSpace Enterprise Plan, organisations can tailor the in-app chatbot to reflect their specific policies and processes. While the standard chatbot is built around the UK Equality Act, it can be customised to include content such as student codes of conduct, HR policies, and internal reporting or disciplinary procedures—offering users guidance that’s relevant, accurate, and aligned with your organisation.
SaferSpace offers API integration as part of our Enterprise Plan, enabling seamless connection between our dashboard and your internal or third-party systems. Our development team will work closely with your organisation to understand your requirements and deliver a tailored solution. A one-off fee applies, with a full quote provided once your needs are assessed. This service can also be made available to Pro Plan customers at an additional cost.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours, and prioritise urgent issues to ensure they’re resolved as quickly as possible. Support is available Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 (excluding bank holidays), ensuring prompt assistance when you need it most.
