We guide your users from the moment they identify an issue to the submission of a report.
Our intuitive interface enables users to comfortably navigate through the reporting process, ask questions, choose their level of anonymity, and escalate their concerns if necessary.
With SaferSpace, the power to bring change is just a few taps away.
1: Download and Set-Up
To get started, users install the SaferSpace app to their smartphone. After installation, they are asked to register using your organisation’s specific code. This ensures that reports are sent to the correct institution.
2: Explore the App
Navigate through the user-friendly interface. SaferSpace is divided into simple sections, making it easy to find what you're looking for. We encourage users to familiarise themselves with the layout so they can make the most of the app when it’s needed.
3: Reporting an Incident
If your users encounter an incident that makes them feel uncomfortable or unsafe, they just open the SaferSpace app. Tap on the 'Report an Incident' button, and follow the prompts. they can describe the event, indicate where it occurred, upload media (image or short video) and specify the type of incident (for example, sexual harassment, racism...). They have the option to choose anonymity here.
4: Incident Response
Reports are sent to the relevant department within your organisation.
5: Valuable Data
SaferSpace is more than a reporting tool. The app provides a wealth of information for HR and safeguarding teams. The dashboard shows real time reports at a glance, detailing progress and issues. It enables the assignment of task and the graphs show the prevalence of different types of incidents - and where they are occurring, allowing for quick interventions / additional training.
