The new Worker Protection Act comes into play in October 2024. This new law is an amendment to the UK Equality Act 2010, it mandates that all employers must work to prevent sexual harassment at work. 

All employers must offer anti-sexual harassment training to all employees, have a ‘fit for purpose’ anti-sexual harassment policy, and, a robust reporting process.
