Users can easily document and report issues they encounter through the SaferSpace app. The app guides users through the reporting process, allowing them to provide text descriptions, upload relevant media files, and indicate the time, date, and location of the incident. SaferSpace then provides a comprehensive report to the relevant department.

Yes! SaferSpace recognises the importance of maintaining user confidentiality. Users have the option to remain completely anonymous when submitting a report, or they can provide their contact information for follow-up communication. Regardless of their choice, every report is treated with utmost confidentiality.

We have implemented robust safeguards to protect user anonymity and ensure the confidentiality of all reports. All data is stored securely, with access limited only to the authorised personnel involved in any investigation.
